INTERESTING INFO:
From the 1988 Schreiner’s Iris Lover’s Catalog: This little gnome is a special beauty. See our illustration at right and note the clean cut, bouncy flower form. Its warm fuchsia rosy orchid falls have a pleasant highlight. They are overlaid with a button-like pattern of deeper garnet in their centers. Very distinctive, pronounced and eye cataching! Surprisingly the bluish beard is a perfect match for these rosy garnet tones.
