INTERESTING INFO: From the 1968 Schreiner’s Iris Lovers Catalog: A huge fluted and ruffled Iris with domed standards of silky, silvery orchid and bright, glowing burgundy red falls. The orange-red beard glows like a spotlight on the rich, velvet-like falls. The hafts are wide and ruffled and the stem strong and excellently branched. A dramatic bicolor. |
