INTERESTING INFO: From the 1983 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: Considered to be one of the most original new colors in Iris in the last few years. A rich yummy shade of bright "toasted-melon." Can you imagine such a tint? Just to say coppery-tan-orange with tangerine beards sounds entirely too prosaic. See our illustration and try to describe it yourself. Good sized flowers averaging four to five buds per stem. If your choice is something different then this crowd pleaser will more than adequeately fill the bill.
