INTERESTING INFO: From the 1961 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: A simply huge flower with exceedingly broad standards and falls, this Iris is a glistening, sparkling ivory-cream flushed a cool lemon at the haft. Although actually of excellent crisp substance, this Iris has a paradoxical fragility of appearance with a crystalline, crepy, translucent, lacquered texture that gives it a quite unearthly type of beauty.
