Thus Iris hybridizing has its surprises, of which this pure, glowing white out of two flamingo pinks is certainly one! The exhuberantly rich tangerine-red beard provides a note of sheer distinction as contrasty as curry powder or paprika on a bowl of fluffy, snow-white rice. Named for the daughter and model of the great colorist, Titian.
