From the 2007 Winterberry Gardens Catalog: Ruffled (even in hafts), flared and non-fading (sun fast). Standards arnd style arms medium lavender-blue. Falls medium lavender-blue, lighter on edges with lighter area beside beards and lighter spikes below the white beards tipped tangerine in middle and in throat. Slight sweet fragrance. Fertile both ways. Toyoko means "bountiful child" in Japanese.
