INTERESTING INFO: From the 1982 Schreiner’s Iris Lovers Catalog: Here is a splendid example of a heavily fringed lacy edged Iris. The rippling, crinkling and corrugating ruffles of Visual Arts are both dashing and eye-catching. Exuberant ruffling extends right to the style and crests of the flower’s center. Despite all its intricate lacing, the large 6 inch flowers easily unfurl without catching. This bubbly self has a warm uniform rosy-lavender coloring with a white beard and terrific substance. A stiff stem, 3 branches plus spur having 6 to 7 large flowers. This beauty is tops!
