INTERESTING INFO: From the 1992 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: The cross of Pledge Allegiance and Glistening Icicle gave us this new blue amoena. Its large flowers are graced with coious ruffling, suggestive of cool mountain water cascading down the High Sierra. Note how the medium blue falls pale at the edges and contrast the immaculate snowy white standadrs. Strong stems have three branches with 8-10 buds.
